Wally Moore formed Scenicview Homes & Cottages in January 2000. His goal was to "Share Your Dreams” as the builder and help design and meet the needs and desired expectations of the owners. We build new homes, cottages, and also do renovations and or additions to any structure. We have also done commercial projects as well. Our committment to excellence is our priority and we provide a finished product that is of the highest quality, meets your budget, is aesthetically pleasing to the eye and always on time. We work closely with our clients every step of the way to ensure good communication for the perfect end result. Scenicview Homes & Cottages is proud to be licensed with Tarion (Ontario New Home Warranty).

We offer full construction from start to finish on projects.   We look after everything from managing and scheduling all sub-trades, permits and drawings.
